Terms and Conditions

General Terms

By accessing and placing a booking through yacht-tours.gr, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. yacht-tours.gr is an online booking platform developed by Stathis Poullis and Theodor Dimitriou, operating exclusively as a booking engine for Tropida Boat Adventures. All cruises and services are provided by Tropida Boat Adventures.

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 30% deposit at the time of reservation to confirm your place. This applies to all online payment options including PayPal, Viva Wallet, Stripe and Revolut. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the cruise.

Bookings made via cash on delivery carry no deposit and are therefore not guaranteed. Tropida Boat Adventures reserves the right to prioritise confirmed bookings. If you wish to secure your booking, we strongly recommend completing the deposit online.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cruise. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

If Tropida Boat Adventures cancels your cruise for any reason, including adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Payment Security

No credit card or payment information is stored by yacht-tours.gr or Tropida Boat Adventures. All payments are processed securely through the respective payment providers: PayPal, Viva Wallet, Stripe and Revolut. For information on how your payment data is handled, please refer to the privacy policy of the relevant payment provider.

Third-Party Platform

yacht-tours.gr is an independent booking platform built and maintained by Stathis Poullis and Theodor Dimitriou. It is used exclusively for bookings related to Tropida Boat Adventures and does not operate as a general travel agency or marketplace.
